possible, we use packing paper rather than plastic bubble wrap. There are
certain situations where bubble wrap is required and we use an extra thick
version to give the utmost protection.
We aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, usually within one working

Returns
Order Cancellation Terms
- If you have placed an order and decide that you wish to

process a full refund immediately. - If your order is in transit then it is not possible for
us to cancel your order. - Once you have received your order, you will be solely
responsible for the return cost and delivery arrangements of it being

Returning Unwanted Items

Replacement terms for goods sent in
error

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 pm will be
dispatched the same day, unless it is a Bank Holiday. - Orders placed after 2 pm Friday – 2 pm Monday will be dispatched
Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday. - If for any reason we envisage a delay we will email you
and advise of the situation and you will be given the choice to wait or
have a refund.
Delivery Services
If your item has been dispatched
with Express Mail Services and has not been received after 4 days, it may be
being held at your local depot. We recommend checking with them first to see if
they are holding any parcels for you, as we often find this is the case.
International Services
- We are able to ship most of our products to most areas
of the world. - Items will be sent with Express Mail International
Standard service. - Please use the Estimate Shipping & Tax feature at
checkout for an accurate quote.
The purchaser will be responsible
for all applicable import taxes and duties.
